Burd here. Today I am afraid I have to touch on a difficult subject and that is time. We have had people complain that we should be open all the time. When would I get my beauty sleep?
We have heard that it is not fair to do dropoffs and pickups by appointment. Do you ask your bank to make exceptions to their hours and stay open all night? Do you show up for a doctor appointment (or your job) 2 hours late? No. We are no different; we have work to do and we ask that you respect our schedule.
Kamp is home. We live here. This is our home but this is also our office. However we have family time, I have agility school, we do midday let outs and have other obligations.
So without further ado, here are some old and new policies:
Drop-offs and Pick-ups:
During business hours, we make appointments so we can give you the one on one care that you deserve. That way you are not rushed. Please make an effort to be on time for both....we truly appreciate it.
After hours:
We have a few rules regarding after hours.

- All pick-ups after 9:00 am incurs an extra day of sleepover kamp.
- We have implemented a new policy that if you are more than 15 minutes late for Pickup appointments you will be charged $12 per hour, per pet.
- For drop-offs, if you are over 15 minutes late, you will have to reschedule your drop-off appointment.
After hours:
We have a few rules regarding after hours.
- Early drop-offs between 5-7 am and after hours pick-ups between 7-9 pm are available for an additional fee of $12.
- Extra late pick-ups between 9 pm and 5 am are available for an additional $35.
- Drop-offs between 9 pm and 5 am are for emergencies only and incur an additional $35 fee.
- There are no pick-ups or drop-offs on major holidays. This allows us to enjoy our family time, and we consider your kampers family too.
