Now everyone knows that there is not a thing that pugs won't eat. Look around you...do you have medicines, plants, or yummy chocolate in your home? These things are not good for us and could send us to the rainbow bridge sooner than you would like.
OK let's say you are not super duper careful, and your fur kid gets into something they should not have. Do you know what to do?
The ASPCA Animal Poison Control Center (APCC) is your best resource for any animal poison-related emergency, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If you think your pet may have ingested a potentially poisonous substance, call (888) 426-4435. A $65 consultation fee may be applied to your credit card. (I hear that human poison control works, and doesn't charge but when seconds count, why be cheap?)
Hope you will never need this information, but here it is, just in case.
XOXO,
Bur-dee
