1. Payment: We accept cash, checks, and credit cards. Payment for services are due in full when you drop off at the start of your stay. If you do not pay in full we will not be able to accept your kamper. If you want additional services such as transport or baths, these must be paid before services are rendered; for your convenience we accept credit cards via Paypal.
2. Checks: Yes we take them. If your check is returned for NSF, you will be charged $35 for fees. You will lose your check writing privileges as well and all further bookings must be done by credit card or cash.
3. Appointments: drop offs and pickups are by appointment only. You are booked in a specific time just for you. Other cleints will not be scheduled at the same time because your time is valuable. HOWEVER: If you are late, you will have to reschedule your time; if you fail to show up, you will still be charged for services.
Failure to pay for services could result in adverse actions including legal action. Theft of service is pretty serious here, and can result in a felony charge per Texas law. You can read about it here.
Many of our guidelines are in the contract you signed; don’t sign anything without reading it through.
